The form asks applicants to allow three to five business days for approval and states no fixed booking-photo fee. The county public-records hub can route a request when the responsible office is unclear.
- For booking records and photos, start with the Mecklenburg County arrest hub; call APC if a time-sensitive result is missing.
- For same-day names, use the Daily Arrest Report; for several dates, use the Weekly Arrest Log.
